Policy #2 has been approved by the Board, and is available on the Governing Documents page. The only difference from the draft version posted previously is a small change in Section 7 on Trash Containers. Comments for Board consideration for potential future updates can be sent at any time via the Contact Us page.

A new Ridgestone Policy (Policy #2 – Rules and Regulations, and Covenant Enforcement Policy) is currently available for review by Homeowners prior to being approved by the Board. You can find this on the Governing Documents page. Please provide your comments by November 15, either via email or the Contacts page.
