The meeting minutes for the June 2016 board meeting have been posted to the Meeting Minutes page. No minutes were recorded for meetings between this date and May 2015.

An updated application form for property changes and improvements has been added to the Forms page. All requests from this point forward should use this new form.

Paint colors for six Murray-Franklyn buildings have been added to the Paint Colors page. No further paint information is expected from either builder, although if any is received it will be added. If your building is not covered in the list, your best option is to look for another building using the same color scheme.

Pulte has supplied paint color information for six of the buildings they built. See the Paint Colors page for details. Information for additional buildings will be added as it is received.

The meeting minutes for the May 2015 Board Meeting have been posted on the Meeting Minutes page.

This document shows the units that have not yet completed the 2015 fire system testing after the initial two day testing period.

Those who have specifically requested the August 7 backup date are shown in blue or green.

Remember that the fire system testing is an annual HOA requirement, and the Board is authorized to impose fines on those who do not complete the testing.

You should have received a couple of letters about this year’s fire system testing, which is scheduled for July 23 and 24, with August 7 as a makeup date.

The detailed schedule shows the anticipated time that each unit will be tested. Note that this time can vary up to two hours earlier or later as conditions change.

A form to apply for Ridgestone home improvement approval has been added to the (new) Forms page. Use this form to apply for any type of home improvement that requires Ridgestone HOA approval (see section 1 of Policy #2 Rules and Regulations). Note that this form does not cover approvals from the Master Association.

The main menu has been modified to (hopefully) make it easier to find what you are looking for.

Specifically, the following changes were made:

• Deleted the Documents page and the associated dropdown menu, and put those items on the top level menu
• Added a new page for Forms
• Deleted the About Us page and moved that information to the Contact Us page.
